The fastest
and easiest way to order from TheFireStore.com is to use our website.
Our products are sorted by category for added convenience. After locating
the products you want to purchase you can simply enter the quantity and
click the "Add to Cart" icon. You will then be directed to your
shopping cart where you can view, add or remove the items in your cart.
When you're finished shopping you can click the "Checkout Now"
icon. You will be directed to the Member Information page where you can
choose to order as a non-member, log in as an existing member or setup
a new member account. Creating a member account is a great way to save
time on future orders!
After entering your information you will be directed to the Order Summary
page where you can view your entire order, choose express shipping and
leave any special order comments. Click the "Send Order Now"
button once you have reviewed all this information. You will then receive
your Order Confirmation Number. If you entered an email address a confirmation
of your order will be sent immediately.
Once your order ships you will be notified by email. This email will include
a summary of your order as well as tracking information for your convenience.

Standard
Delivery
- In stock items
typically ship via our Standard Delivery within 1-3 business days. Custom
items may take 3 to 6 weeks. Some items may ship directly to you from
our vendor partners. Shipping estimates do not include transit time.
- TheFireStore.com
wants to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good shape. UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground delivery
is used for most orders. This requires a physical street address, not
a PO Box.
- Most packages
are sent using a tracking or delivery confirmation method.
- Smaller packages
may be sent via US Mail.
Expedited
Delivery (please read the following carefully)
- If you need your
package sooner than our standard delivery (usually 5-7 business days),
you can choose from one of our Express Shipping Options - Next
Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day Service from UPS and Fed Ex. You can choose
your Express Shipping method on the "Final Purchase
Approval" page upon checkout.
- Orders for in-stock items with Express Shipping are typically shipped the same day as
long as the order is placed by 3pm (EST) Monday through Friday.
- Please
note that Express Shipping options do not include the pickup date.
Example: if you place an order for an in-stock item on
Wednesday by 3 PM (EST) and request 3 Day Shipping, you should expect
your item on Monday, the 3rd business day after you placed the order.
- Although we
have office hours on Saturday, packages are not picked up by carriers
until the following business day.
- Next Day Saturday
delivery is $24.99 extra. Please specify in the "Comments"
section of the checkout page if you need this service and call to
confirm if this is available in your area.
Shipping Restrictions
TheFireStore.com strives to maintain a large inventory to ensure quick
delivery; however, you can expect an extended delivery date if merchandise
ships directly from the manufacturer, if personalization is requested,
or if a product is on backorder from the manufacturer. We will do our
best to quickly notify you of any shipping delays.

Canada:
Currently we do not handle any International orders except for Canada. We primarily use US Mail for those packages and delivery time averages 10-14 business days. It is possible that your package will need to ship via UPS or FedEx in which case extra shipping charges may incur. Duties and/or tariff fees are not included in your invoice from TheFireStore. Canadian Customers are responsible for any duties or tariff fees.
Overseas Military Bases:
Overseas Military Base orders are simple. The best way is to use U.S. Priority Mail. This method travels well and has been successful with our APO and FPO addresses. Express shipping is not available for Oversea Military Bases. |

Terms of "Net 15 Days" shall be extended to Cities, Governmental

Witmer Associates, Inc. customers of open account. We encourage new
business customers placing their first order to forward their Open Account
Information Form, or make payment with check or credit card in advance.
This can help with any shipping delays that may occur during the credit

Placed By Individuals:
All individual orders must be accompanied by full payment (check,
money order or credit card) plus shipping charges and applicable state
tax (PA, MD & NJ residents, 6%). We accept:

Our policy is to delay processing of any order paid by personal check
for ten banking days after we deposit the check into our bank account.

Sales
Tax:
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland residents are subject to
6% tax. (Tax is applicable to Product and Shipping). Online orders
in all other States are Tax Free. There are some products that are
non-taxable; therefore, tax will not be applied to those products.
Minimum
Orders:
TheFireStore requests that all orders be a minimum of $12 (before shipping
and tax).
Delivery
Policy:
Continental U.S. orders are shipped for speed, convenience and economy.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may choose U.S. Postal Service
or UPS Second Day Air at additional costs. Some restrictions do apply
because of quantity, weight, shape or size. Some orders may require
additional shipping charges. If the items you are ordering require extra
shipping, we will notify you once your order is received.

- We will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused products that do not meet your expectations. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

- All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
- After your merchandise is returned and examined you will receive a full refund for the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you made your purchase with a credit card, credit will be applied to that card.
- If you paid with a check or money order, your reimbursement check will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- If your product is not found in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you.
- You must include the Return Form, a copy of the original packing slip, and invoice number.
- Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use.
- Custom products (including leather shields, gold leaf shields and badges, license plates, collar insignias, and embroidered items) are not returnable if they were made to your specifications. Only product defects or customization mistakes are returnable.
- If you return a product for a size or style exchange, you are responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Important Note on Boot Returns:
Boots may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, you determine the sizing is incorrect. Your sizing decision and the acceptance of your boots must occur before you put them in service and within 30 days of purchase. Boots returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you and credit denied.
Important Note on Helmet Returns:
Helmets may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, the helmet is not what you expected or does not fit properly. You must make this decision before you put your helmet into service, install decals, mark your name on the helmet, or make any other alterations to the helmet. Do not remove any protective coverings from the faceshield, goggles or Bourke flip eye-shields until you decide to keep the helmet. Helmets returned with any indication of use, including perspiration marks on the liner will be sent back to you and credit denied.
Important Note on Embroidery Returns:
No returns on embroidered items. The clothing item cannot be returned for anything other than mistakes in the embroidery or a manufacturer's defect in the clothing.
If you return boots or helmets for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to the TheFireStore. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product. |
