Chief, you are only going to get 500GPM out of the appliance, with a 2.5" or a 3" hose line; with the 2.5" you are pushing it to the max, with the 3" your pumper will be slightly less stressed supplying the appliance. You have to take into consideration the restrictions created by the appliance for flowing water. If you could get more out of the appliance Akron would be all over that as a selling point.
About 210 at the pump panel, for 2.5" hose, if you use 3.0" hose you can drop it down to about 150 at your pump panel

Rick, yes you can, it will more than likely give you a few more GPM than the 500GPM they advertise.
