Minimum size and weight. Maximum performance. This very small Figure 8 descender works well for 9.5mm Escape Lines where minimum size and weight are the primary requirements. The rounded edges reduce sharp bends. The large carabiner hole accepts a wide variety of carabiners and helps prevent binding. Machined of 3/8 inch aluminum stock. Hard anodized in a durable dark gray finish for those users who require a non-reflective surface for stealth or tactical applications.

Its a good little descender, it fits well in a personal bail out bag and able to have it rigged and ready to go. if you plan on using it all the time i would suggest getting a bigger one but for that one time when you need to get out quick it will do the job. do practice with it because of its small size. but over all its works.
