      I don't think that is the case you need, I went to Leathersmith.com and looked up your Motorola portable there and came away with like 6 different part numbers that might work with your radio; 5190,5192,5193, 5357, N5193, and N5189. the difference's were with key pads, without key pads, the style of battery, I'm going to suggest that you look at the web site I have listed above, you should be able to decide which case you would need.
