This Bank Charger system is equipped with a 5’ cord and plug.

It is also fuse protected with the fuse being located at the bottom of the charger. To use the charger, simply insert the flashlight into one of the five individual charger holders. A red light on each holder will light when the flashlight is properly inserted.

      Well this is not a fast charger, my guess is this unit is 5 standard chargers made into 1 unit that you can charge 5 at the same time, that being said, a standard charger takes 10 hours to bring a light up to full charge. I'm afraid that going to be your answer.
