For getting out lightning fast!

Weighing less than 8 ounces, the aluminum Lightning Hooks offer a functional design with either a hitching slot or innovative wire gate for secure and rapid remote anchoring. The design of the Lightning Hooks helps take the guesswork out of the most fundamental step of the creating a fail-safe anchor.

Made of 7000 series, aircraft grade aluminum and CNC machined to Sterling’s exacting specifications, the Lightning Hooks are certified to hold loads up to 3000 pounds at the tip. When combined with one of their descenders—either the venerable F4 or our new FCX—and any one of Sterling Fire Escape ropes, the Lightning GT creates a versatile, exceptionally easy to use system for rapid egress.

Antonio if you are asking this question we think you need to take a rescue class using this type of equipment before you go purchasing something like this. this is not a toy your life or someone else's life could depends on this. You asking us this question leads us to think you are untrained in the use of this, bailing out is of the building is serious stuff. That's the correct answer the shorty answer is you use the window sill, a pipe, a radiator, your pro-bar, does that answer your question?

The 10 mm attachment hole accepts most escape cord or web. We sell a couple different kits, 1 kit has 7.5mm, and the other has 8mm, it's your choice.
