Aluminized Shield Protector for NY Style Fronts
Shield Protector is composed of Dual Mirror 7.5oz Aluminized PBI Knit.
It protects shields from shrinking and discoloration after exposure to long periods of intense heat. This is ideal for ARFF/CFR firefighters and officers involved in training exercises for long periods of time.
If you have experienced the shrinkage or damage of a leather front, then you know how vital a product like this is.
Shield Protector fits over any FDNY or Wide Body Style Shield and holds in place with heavy duty elastic and a heavy duty velcro closure in rear.
Protectors can be customized with up to (3) 2" Letters and/or Numbers. Available in Lime/Yellow and Red/Orange. $2 per character. Please call in custom orders.
