Ok, I'll do the best i can here, but if you go to Performce Advange Corp (PAC Tool) web site go to their catalog and on top of page 17 you will find everything you are asking for.
Overall height is 4 1/2", the back part that you mount against a flat surface is 3" wide, if you measure the side veiw as if it were mounted agaist a flat surface it will be 3 1/2" front to back, and the hook opening is 2 3/4" . that's best I can do for you, I don't know of any other way, hope this helps you.
