The R.A.T. (Rapid Air Transport) Bag w/Tool Pocket and Carabiner

When
one of your rescuers is trapped in a building or earth collapse
urgently needing
air, the R.A.T. (Rapid Air Transport) Bag will provide an emergency
oxygen cylinder to the rescuer. With extra room for rope, a mask and
other vital tools, this bag is versatile in dangerous environments.
Constructed
of 22 oz. vinyl coated nylon and a nearly indestructible tuff bottom,
the bag can be dragged or carried to essential locations. The air
cylinder is held in place with 3 quick-release web straps and can
accommodate all sizes of cylinders. The bag closes with heavy duty
velcro and zippers and includes a Tool Pocket, Carabiner,
and high visibility Lime/Yellow trim.
