The VERTEX BEST A16 is a Petzl helmet designed for work at high elevations and
rescue. It is essential that your helmet remains on your head during impact against
an object with a chin strap able to hold more than 50 daN, the VERTEXT BEST A16
meets the standard for mountaineering helmets

Polycarbonate shell, resistant to impact and wear (meets EN 397 industrial
helmet standard and EN 12 492 standard).
Meets all optional requirements of the EN 397 standard; lateral deformation,
use at low temperatures (down to - 30 C), electrical insulation and molten
metal splash.
