Simple spring clamp is bent into a “C” around the end of a horizontal dry hydrant strainer to line up with the holes for the vertical support pipe. Just slide the clamp and strainer into position over the pipe and release as it is embedded in the bottom of the pond, lake, or stream. Spring tension holds the strainer and hydrant pipe securely in place on the support bar, yet allows easy repositioning or removal. Choose 6” or 8” clamp to match the diameter of the strainer or PVC pipe.
