Pelican "Big Ed" Flashlight, AC Fast Charger w/ Photo Luminescent Shroud
This light has all the features
of the Big Ed 3700 and is outfitted with a lens ring that emits a bright glow
in the dark. The new generation photo luminescent material in the plastic absorbs
the energy from any light source - fluorescent lights, the sun, or even the flashlight's
own beam. No more fumbling in the dark for your flashlight.
Big Ed is Pelican's right angle flashlight specifically designed for firefighters.
The Model 3750 Rechargeable uses a 4C Nicad Battery Pack. The powerful Xenon lamp
produces an unparalleled bright, collimated beam. A spare emergency lamp is included
as a back up to the primary lamp. The unique push-button "Quick Change Battery
Ejection System" allows the user to change the battery pack without the use
of tools. The flashlight body is made of Xenoy®, an unbreakable chemical resistant
resin, with a polycarbonate lens and thermoplastic rubber shroud. Big Ed can be
carried comfortably in the hand, worn on a shoulder strap, or clipped to a turnout
coat by its stainless steel clip. Big Ed is water-resistant. Fast charge model
takes 4 hours for full charge. Charges both the light and spare backup battery.
