The shells on the "USAR" Urban Search & Rescue Helmets are made from our special "Fyr-Glass" formula composite material. This super tough shell has been proven for years in field tests used to resist cracking, chipping and peeling (even on helmet ridges) better than traditional fiberglass composites and Kevlar reinforced shells.
Standard features include NOMEX Quick Release Postman Chinstrap, 8 Point Ratchet Suspension with Black Flannel Liner and 4, 1" x 4" Lime/Yellow Reflective Bars.
