Pelican: Hyrdosorbent Silica Gel Desiccant, Reusable
Stop mildew before it starts. This convenient sealed aluminum container of highly absorbent silica gel "drinks" dampness, preventing condensation from trapped air when cases are opened in high humidity climates. Each unit contains 40 grams of the high quality dessicant, enough to protect up to three cubic feet of enclosed space.
Just place it inside your Pelican case, camera bag, gun safe, silverware drawer, etc. Chemically inert silica gel will not cause discoloration of contents, and is safe to use with foods, electronics, photographic materials, firearms, fabrics, and fine finishes. When the blue crystals in the “indicator” window turn pink, simply put the entire canister in the oven to dry. It can be reactivated and reused indefinitely. Fits all Pelican Cases. Dimensions: 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 3/8”.
