The two free-swiveling casters and two fixed casters with brakes make the case fully mobile, or stationary, as needed. The base clips are easily mounted on the bottom of the Pelican case with the self-tapping screws included. The casters simply click into the bases, or can be removed in seconds, without tools. A sturdy nylon carry bag is included to make the kit as conveniently mobile as the case.
