Desert TFX military boots are designed to carry desert combatants over diverse terrain. A rugged, aggressive outsole and Danner’s patented, lightweight TERRA FORCE™ X support system combine to provide traction, support, and maneuverability over diverse terrain. A breathable, moisture-wicking Dri-Lex® liner keeps your feet comfortable in hot weather. A durable, scuff-resistant, fast-drying upper of rough-out leather and 1000 Denier nylon improves breathability and offers serious protection against the harsh and demanding realities of urban desert warfare.

Consider your socks. The type of socks you'll be wearing with your boot will make a difference in comfort. For thicker socks, you may want to select a half size larger than you normally wear.
Try them out indoors. When you receive your boots, we recommend first wearing them indoors on carpeting or clean floors for a few hours to ensure they're the right fit. That will make it easier for us to accept a return if they don’t fit as you expect.
