New C4 LED — Streamlight’s most popular rechargeable tactical lights just keep getting better. At a blazing 185 lumens Streamlight’s advanced C4 LED technology more than doubles the maximum output of the original Stinger LED. Its digital power regulation optimizes output to provide four different operating modes plus extended runtime—all independently accessible from push-button switches at both the head and tailcap. It all adds up to more options for the operator and better control in unpredictable situations. And for those who prefer the whiter beam of an LED tactical light, the new Streamlight Dual Switch PolyStinger DS LED provides a substantial upgrade in brightness, more functionality, and even more durability than the popular Xenon-powered Stinger or PolyStinger.
Precisely focused tactical lighting at just the level you need. The C4 LED is perfectly matched to a Streamlight-engineered textured parabolic reflector with C4 Photonic Crystal technology to produce a powerful, precisely shaped, long-range targeting beam designed especially for law enforcement, tactical, and security applications. Click once for high power. The blazing 185 lumen beam has an intense central hotspot that can instantly disrupt a suspect’s night adapted vision, or provide an extremely long throw for identification of objects or suspects hundreds of feet away. A smooth halo of secondary light provides optimum peripheral illumination to keep you fully aware of surrounding movement in critical situations. Just hold the button down to select medium or low power; depending on where it’s aimed, the PolyStinger LED’s controlled beam offers a wide range of lighting intensities for navigation or non-threatening situations. Or with two fast clicks, you can quickly select the disorienting tactical strobe mode to gain maximum advantage over a potentially dangerous suspect.
Digital power regulation for steady output, longer runtime, maximum efficiency. A microcontroller regulates power to deliver up to 1.75 hours continuous runtime at over 85% of full brightness before power from the rechargeable Ni-Cad battery pack begins to diminish. At the medium setting it provides a powerful 95 lumens (more than the output of the original Stinger LED) for up to 3.75 hours. Low power puts out up to 50 lumens—more than enough light for navigation and non-critical situations—for up to 7.5 hours. Runtime should never be a problem.

The lightweight, non-conductive, virtually unbreakable nylon polymer body has a non-slip rubberized grip that’s comfortable and easy to hold onto in any weather. The dual independent push-button switches at both the head and the tailcap, lets you control all the light’s functions with the thumb of one hand, using either an overhead tactical grip or more relaxed underhanded grip. The unbreakable polycarbonate lens has a scratch-resistant coating. And the shock-proof C4 LED will never need replacing. It’s guaranteed not to break or burn out over its 50,000 hour operating life. With the 2.5-hour Piggyback® Fast Charger you’re always ready to move. Streamlight’s top-of-the line Piggyback® Fast Charger will charge a fully depleted light within 2.5 hours, then it automatically maintains the charge and protects the light. But because sometimes you don’t time for even a fast recharge, the innovative Piggyback Charger option provides an additional rechargeable battery and an extra battery-only charging bay built onto the charger base. It will simultaneously charge the light and the spare (at the 10-hour steady charge rate), to provide a charged back-up battery ready for immediate use. You can order your new light with your choice power cords for AC and/or DC operation. They can be easily mounted any position. And since the charger base also doubles as a secure snap-in light holder with an LED continuity and condition indicator light on the Fast Charger base, it provides maximum convenience and the assurance that your light will be charged and ready to go.
Or choose the charging options that meet your needs. The PolyStinger LED fits all existing Stinger snap-in chargers. The economical standard Steady Charger will provide a full charge to a single Stinger in 10 to 12 hours. The Fast Charger will charge a fully depleted light within 2.5 hours, than automatically maintains the charge and protects the light. You can also choose the optional Piggyback Charger with a fast charger for the light (the spare battery charger operates at the standard 10-hour steady charge rate). Optional 5-unit Bank Chargers are available for use in the station house or squad supply vehicles.
