Council Fire Rake — Made to USFSS Specifications for the Wildland Firefighting Pro.- 4 triangular shaped steel cutting teeth, specially sharpened and hardened
- Securely rivited to tough iron
- Red enamel coating on body, teeth are natural steel finish coated to deter rust
- Tamp down style handle socket. Can break down easily for storage and handling
- 52" American ashe handle. This material produces long, straight grain and provides strength, flexibility and memory.
The original "Council Rake," engineered especially for wildland firefighting and made to U.S. Forestry Service Specifications. Whether you're establishing fire lines, rolling burning logs, digging, raking, or cutting heavy grasses, this Council Tool Fire Rake gets the job done. Four large, knife-edged blades cut through roots and brush with ease. Rake head is designed to come off with a quick knock on the handle butt, for storage or easy replacement.
