This classic Petzl product, the ASCENSION handled rope clamp, has been evolved for serious use by professionals. The chrome-plated steel cam with angled teeth and self-cleaning slot securely grips the rope, even in muddy or icy conditions. The clamp has upper holes through which a carabiner attaches the device to the rope and lower holes for connecting a SPELEGYCA lanyard and installing a FOOTPRO foot loop with a quick link.
