The thick, textured Santoprene handle is contoured to fit the hand and provide a soft, comfortable, non-slip grip wet or dry, under extreme heat or cold, with or without gloves. The sturdy molded plastic sheath is designed protect the knife, and you. It automatically locks the knife in place upon insertion and holds it fast until you push the button on the sheath and pull the knife up to release it. It provides a comfortable, soft, velvety feel, and a nonslip grip for excellent control whether your hands are wet or dry. This very durable material is able to handle extreme hot and cold conditions and will not break down when exposed to salt water or various oils.
