The Truckman is a patented fire axe that was developed especially for firefighters all over the world.
Many firefighters work in the construction trades during their off hours. They take their Truckman to jobsites with them. Why? Because they have found that when doing demolition, remodeling, or gutting a structure, the Truckman did the work of 4 or 5 tools. The Truckman is a tool that does it all.
The Truckman is manufactured and assembled in the U.S.A. The head, made of forged polished steel, is stress relieved and induction heat-treated. The ergonomically designed fiberglass core handle is 19 1/2 inches, with a curved polypropylene jacket. The head to handle assembly uses a reverse tapered eyehole secured with an exclusive proprietary epoxy system. The Truckman head is guaranteed not to come loose or seperate under the toughest working conditions. The handle withstands over 10,000lbs of force. The Truckman weighs under 3lbs and is center balanced like a framing hammer. Because of it's design, the Truckman does the work for you.
The Truckman is a tool that does all this and more:
-Easily pierces and removes wall and ceiling materials (sheet rock and plaster lath)
-Chips, priers, gouges, tears, and acts as a lever
-Removes trim, window, and door jams
-Removes and cuts through roofing, siding materials and metal sheeting
-Cuts through wires (dielectric properties of over 100,000 volts)
-Nail Puller

-Gas shut off capability
-Chopping and scoring ability
Available as axe only or as axe with scabbard. Scabbard is fire retardant heavy dury cotton construction. Belt is nylon with adjustable buckle clip.
