Much like the highway safety vest, the shoulder straps in the hydration pack include a special break-away feature to escape danger quickly.

Break-Away: When the unexpected happens, it happens fast. sometimes too fast to react. Guardian packs feature Velcro connections between the shoulder straps and bag that separate if part of the bag gets caught in machinery.
