This versatile, efficient carrier has five chest and leg straps with quick-release plastic buckles plus an additional “fail-safe” strap for exceptional patient security. Velcro removable head-securing blocks, adjustable head- and chin-securing straps, a chest- and arm-securing flap, and a leg-securing flap all fasten securely and easily with Velcro. A full-length spine board compartment beneath the stretcher bed can hold any standard board for additional strength and rigidity when desired. One vertical and four horizontal lift points allow helicopter and manual hoist capability from any angle. A convenient storage pocket for the hoist cables is built into the sleeve for immediate access and attachment. Six foam-padded webbing hand-holds are ergonomically positioned to make carrying—and maneuvering—surprisingly easy, providing more positioning options for multiple crew members. The Reeves Sleeve is constructed of lightweight 18 oz. vinyl-coated polyester that is highly resistant to acids, alkali, and penetration by liquids of all kinds…and easily washed with soap and water. It has been independently tested to a load capacity of over 1,000 lbs. Available in Black or High-visibility Orange.
