Our cantilevered gear storage
system that utilizes wall space for the most efficient organization of your turnout
gear.
SHELF BRACKETS: Constructed of 1/8" thick aluminum with
knobs to secure wire shelves in place at the open round collars on each corner
of the shelf Each bracket to be bent at 90° with a 2 1/2" x 5 7/8"
return for flush mounting onto flat wall surface. Mounting area of bracket shall
be drilled with two 7/16" holes to accept mounting hardware (not supplied).
SHELVES:
Standard finish shall be Fire-Kote?, an electrostatically applied epoxy powder,
heat cured to a perfect consistent metallic silver finish. Shelf lengths may
vary depending on each individual available wall space. It is standard to use
as many 72" lengths in a run as possible. Full length vertical epoxy coated
wire dividers separate the compartments into 18" wide spaces on the helmet
and boot shelf levels. Econo-Rack? models do not have shelf dividers.
COAT HANGER POLE:
Affixed under each top shelf will be a full length round epoxy coated hanger
pole, supported with heavy duty chrome hanger brackets.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES:
Each compartment shall be supplied with an epoxy coated Air-Dry Coat Hanger?
that keep the fire coats puffed open 5" at the shoulders, per~nitting ambient
air to circulate throughout the inside liner, enhancing the drying process.
Two snap-on chrome plated utility hooks and one 6" name identification
holder will be provided per firefighter section.
