I want to let you know how THRILLED and impressed I am by the badge that I custom ordered and received from your company. Over thirty years ago; a very close friend of mine bought me a badge to wear on my Wheaton Vol Rescue Squad Uniform. I carried the badge with me everywhere and when I moved three thousand miles away; you can bet I brought it too. To make the long story short; one day some unknown person broke into my vehicle and stole my badge along with other items. I was devastated and for the next many many years I went without the badge, (a warm remembrance) until I came to your website and found just what I was looking for! It was very simple to order although I had lots of variations to add to the badge; the site just walked me right through it. In short time I received my new badge and I could only be happier if it was the original! It is perfect, the quality of workmanship is SUPERIOR. I used the online chat and talked to Angie, and I just want to say thank you she was very helpful, answered every question and went above what most people do to help a customer. I was really surprised and happy that she called the factory just to get a time frame when something would possibly come in. Very helpful. And having different shipping options is really helpful, especially for me, I tend to have a lot of problems with UPS where I live, so having at least Fed EX is much better for me. But overall again the sales department just has excellent service, and the prices are amazingly lower for most things compared to other vendors.

I recently ordered a flashlight and custom helmet shield. The light arrived in four days (amazing!) and the invoice stated that I could expect the helmet shield within five weeks. That it understandable as it is a custom order. I was shocked when it arrived two days later. It's quality and detail was more than I had hoped. I had been disappointed with other shields that had been issued in the past (that is why I was ordering my own) but this one was something else. My wife and kids thought it was cool and the guys at work (a bunch of nit-pickers) even thought the quality was superb. After 23 years in the fire service, I was actually excited about showing off this shield. I will be ordering two more for my other helmets soon.

I wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciate your product. Last night a terrible storm came through our county. I was so pleased with the light that my Heads up Lite # 2610 (Pelican product) reflected while I walked through the house with the head band and flashlight around my head. It was very comfortable to wear and it also made the time go by quickly. I was able to relax and read while I waited for the electric to restore to my home.

The fire fighter outfit arrived before the holiday. It was a big success for my 2 ½ year old niece along with all the adults.
