Aero Healthcare Brayden PRO CPR Manikin with Bluetooth Technology

SKU: BRA-IM16-R//SHIPS FROM MANUFACTURER

Details

Aero Healthcare’s realistic, highly responsive Brayden Pro Manikin is an essential visual tool to help students learn and then perfect effective CPR techniques.

The Brayden Pro Manikin sends live data to the Brayden Pro app via Bluetooth to provide real-time feedback of CPR performance. The quantitative and qualitative data include a numeric score and pictorial summary of each CPR parameter measured against a theoretical perfect score to highlight improvement needs and a detailed quantitative analysis for all relevant CPR metrics to provide an in-depth summary of performance.

See the Brayden manikin in action!

The real time CPR feedback display provides information on chest compression rate, accumulated chest compressions by cycle, ventilation volume, ventilation rate, and hand position for evaluating the effectiveness of CPR techniques. The app’s data records can be stored and exported via e-mail to your spreadsheet program, and later be reviewed and analyzed to improve the quality of CPR performance. Up to 6 manikins can be connected to 1 Brayden Pro device for simultaneous training and assessment.

The manikin features three sets of LEDs that give students feedback on the effectiveness of their CPR techniques. The chest compression lights represent the volume of blood being circulated by the depth of the compressions.

The blood circulation lights represent the flow of blood from the heart towards the brain. The CPR quality lights represent when the blood flow is reaching the brain.

When the depth and speed of the compressions are both correct, all three sets of lights will animate to show that the CPR is being performed correctly. 6 alkaline batteries can power the manikin through 160,000 compressions.

The manikin features a sophisticated ventilation system and realistic neck, nose, and chest movements. Tilting the manikin’s head and lifting its chin opens its airways, with accurate oral and nasal passages and a realistic nose pinch.

The anatomically correct chest rises and falls realistically as air enters and leaves the manikin’s disposable lungs. Air from the lungs is vented through the back of its head, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

The manikin’s harmless, latex-free skin is easy to clean and RoHS and REACH compliant. A convenient travel bag securely stores the manikin and its accessories and also unzips to double as a CPR training mat.

  • Brayden Pro sends live data to the Brayden Pro app via Bluetooth to provide real-time feedback of CPR performance
  • App provides quantitative and qualitative data on CPR performance, including:
    • A numeric score and pictorial summary of each CPR parameter measured against a theoretical perfect score to highlight improvement needs
    • A detailed quantitative analysis for all relevant CPR metrics to provide an in-depth summary of performance
    • An analysis of CPR performance for each measured CPR parameter for each cycle of CPR performed
  • Real time CPR feedback display provides multiple metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of CPR techniques:
    • When both compression rate and compression depth are correct, a green circle appears. A bottom bar appears green when the chest compression depth is correct. If the chest compression rate is incorrect, the segments of the circle indicate where an issue arises:
      • The top segment appears red when the chest compression isn’t released properly
      • The bottom segment appears red when the chest compression is too deep
      • The left segment appears yellow when the chest compression rate is too low
      • The right segment appears red when the chest compression rate is too fast
    • A graph that plots Chest Compression Depth Range (Y axis) against Chest Compression Rate Range (X axis) displays accumulated chest compressions by cycle. The center square is the acceptable range, with consistency shown by well-placed dots. This graph also displays recoil of compressions per cycle.
    • Lung indicators give feedback on the ventilation volume to indicate the correct volume of air that needs to be delivered:
      • If the ventilation volume is insufficient, the lungs partially fill with gray
      • If the ventilation volume is correct, the lungs half-fill with green
      • If the ventilation volume is excessive, the lungs completely fill with red
    • Ventilation rate indicators give feedback on the ventilation rate to indicate the correct rate of ventilation that needs to be delivered.
    • Red light indicator activates when your hands are in the wrong position
  • Data records can be stored and exported via e-mail to your spreadsheet program, and later be reviewed and analyzed to improve the quality of CPR performance
  • Up to 6 manikins can be connected to 1 Brayden Pro device for simultaneous training and assessment
  • Manikin features three sets of LEDs that give students feedback on the effectiveness of their CPR techniques:
    • Chest compression lights represent the volume of blood being circulated by the depth of the chest compressions
      • If the compressions are too shallow (less than 5 cm) or without full recoil, these lights will only partially illuminate
      • If the compressions are deep enough, the lights will fully animate to show that blood is being circulated effectively
      • In Mode 2 (advanced learning), if the compressions are too deep (above 6 cm), these lights will freeze
    • Blood circulation lights represent the flow of blood from the heart towards the brain
      • The speed of the blood flow shown varies according to the depth and speed of the compressions; the lights only fully animate when the depth is effective and compressions are at a rate of 100-120 per minute
    • CPR quality lights represent when the blood flow is reaching the brain
      • The lights only animate when the depth and speed of the compressions are both correct
  • Set of 6 alkaline batteries can power the manikin through 160,000 compressions
  • Manikin features a sophisticated ventilation system and realistic neck, nose, and chest measurements, allowing you to teach CPR rescue breaths through hands-on simulations
  • Tilting the manikin’s head and lifting its chin opens its airways, with accurate oral and nasal passages and a realistic nose pinch
  • Anatomically correct chest rises and falls realistically as air enters and leaves the manikin’s disposable lungs
  • Air from the manikin’s disposable lungs is vented through the back of its head, preventing students from coming in contact with exhaled air and reducing the risk of cross-contamination
  • Manikin’s harmless, latex-free skin is easy to clean and RoHS and REACH compliant; defibrillator pads are easily removed
  • Convenient travel bag keeps your manikin and accessories safe and secure and can also unzip to double as a CPR training mat
