Amerex Wall Hanger Brackets

This item was back ordered. After a 3 days of no email stating items were sent, I emailed to find status but no response. Eight days later, I called customer service and was told item was back ordered but would be sent out in a couple of days. Gone on vacation, came back, no items. I called again and was told item was 4 to 6 weeks out. Finally got item after being told 2 came in and would be shipped ASAP. Instead they were shipped a week later with all of the items in box. I had to purchase from other company to meet my deadline for safety inspection. But kept original order coming because I needed to add more for my preference, above and beyond requirements. Each time I told customer service, email updates, it would have been nice to get an email from the start stating item was back ordered. Improve on this, and everything would be golden.
