CMC Quick Up Ascender

CMC’s Quick Up Ascender is an ergonomic, easy-to-use ascender that’s ideal for climbing ropes.

Made of a lightweight alloy, the Quick Up Ascender is designed to accommodate ropes with 10mm to 13mm diameters and features an ergonomic grip with index finger support that improves effectiveness when polling during climbing. The ascender’s cam opening lever can be operated with one hand and be unlocked with one downward movement. The cam lever also features three cutouts to prevent mud buildup and reduce the force needed to slide the ascender up the rope. Two additional attachment holes allow the ascender to support an anti-inversion cam system, a Maglia Rapide for an Etrier, or another rope climbing device. Certified to EN 12841:2006-B and EN 567:2013, CMC’s Quick Up Ascender is reliable, easy to use, and ideal for climbing ropes.
