Deluxe Leather Headband, Ratchet Liner with Flannel Crown Pad

This setup doesn't work with the stock liner the Cairns 1000 comes with. You have to replace the whole shell for it to work. I was disappointed.

I replaced the standard headband in my Cairns 1010 with this deluxe version. It doesn't hold sweat like the flannel version and the ratcheting band doesn't dig into my head at all like it did with the standard headband.

Purchased this product one year ago. Nice alternative to the flannel, I found that it did not become as worn or gross from sweat. My forehead was irritated by the flannel liner when worn for a long period, but not with the leather pad. No fitment issues with the 1010 model.

I'm happy with it. Just think it's over-priced for what it is. Easy to install padding upside down/backwards. Needs installation instructions.
