A true lifesaving tool

I was flagged down in my personal vehicle after working a 24 hr shift with an ALS crew, and was told by the person that a girl was unresponsive. I was the only BLS peron on scene and made first contact to find the PT unresponsive and not breathing. I pulled the micro shield out and began rescue breathing while calling for backup from the other ALS crew. Response was around 7 minutes and my micro shield is what kept that girl alive.

It does not come with a pair of gloves. the MDI CPR MicroHolster-Plus however does. It is part number 76-485.
