More flexibility all around. These advanced impact-, cut-, and oil-resistant gloves fit and feel like a fine Mechanic’s glove. But they’re made to do much more. The Ringers Grip System covers a Clarino® synthetic leather palm and fingers with a single gel-padded Armortex® Kevlar® “quilt” that’s hinged to bend where your hand bends, and deeply textured for a superior grip, even on wet, oily, mud-covered machinery. It cushions vibration and protects against hot surfaces, sharp edges, and other hazards…without slowing you down.

Molded TPR (thermoplastic rubber) pads armor the entire back of the hand against impact. The full-length finger and knuckle bumpers are jointed for unhindered flexibility. You’ll enjoy a firm grip…and full control.

Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand (indicated by the red line in the illustration). Measure your dominant hand - the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed, then determine your Ringers Glove size using the chart below.

Outstanding Gloves

Tough and well-made gloves that will give years of protection. Well designed with raised rubber on the knuckles to provide outstanding protection and material on the palms to provide excellent grip characteristics. Overall could not ask for a better gloves, and TheFireStore had them delivered to my door $$$$ cheaper than anywhere else on the net.

Best overall fire service gloves

Great hand protection no matter what you are doing

"can these handle heat on the palms"

I put your question to Ringers and here was their response: The 297 Kevloc will take a substantial amount of heat before failing. We have had customers use this glove in manufacturing handling hot pieces of metal ranging from 300-600 degrees Fahrenheit. The users handle the item just long enough to take them out of the oven and is one of the only gloves that has held up to task.

"Are they water resistant?"

Jim this is what we took off the web page; The Ringers KevLoc Grip System covers a Clarino synthetic leather palm and fingers with a single gel-padded Armortex Kevlar ""quilt"" that's hinged to bend where your hand bends, and deeply textured for a superior grip, even on wet, oily, mud-covered machinery. Having said all of that, they are not water proof, water resistant a little, but not water proof.

These gloves have some Kevlar, but are not FR rated.
