Task Force Tips Legacy Panel Mount Monitor Operator

Panel Mount Monitor Operator Station for Monsoon, Hurricane, Typhoon, and Tornado series remote control monitors. 

This operator station allows the electric monitor to be controlled from a remote location and is designed to be flush mounted in a panel. This station may be used as the central location for terminating the wires from the monitor, incoming power, or hard wired inputs. All terminal blocks for wire connections are removable for easy terminating. The enclosure has an o-ring seal, liquid tight strain relief fittings with o-rings, and a membrane switch to keep water out. A 30' long cable for incoming power and communication connections is supplied pre-connected. This operator station is equipped with "last button pressed" software or can be configured as a "master" station.

The operator station is designed for flush panel mounting from front of panel using 4 fasteners. The unit has membrane switches to control horizontal rotation, vertical elevation and nozzle stream pattern, oscillate and park, auxiliary 1 and auxiliary 2. The control station is capable of connection of control circuits from other control devices. The interface accepts 12 or 24 volt DC positive signals, and is field changeable to accept ground inputs. The control station also includes a circuit board to communicate with the Task Force Tips remote control monitor. Internally mounted switches are included for the ability to choose which control station shall be dominant. Relay connections for "At Park" indication are provided.
 
The entire body of the control has a black anodized and hardcoat finish inside and out for maximum resistance to corrosion. It is weatherproof and utilizes weatherproof components such as a membrane switch, silicone seal, hardware with o-rings and liquid tight electrical connections with strain relief fittings. A 30 foot long, four-conductor cable with locking Deutsch connector for ease of service is supplied. The unit is covered by a five-year warranty.
