Details

Durable, comfortable, and heat resistant, True North’s Fastback™ Pack provides ample room for storing a wildland firefighter’s essential gear.

The Fastback Pack’s large, zippered exterior pouch is ideal for storing smaller items, such as an extra shirt, a headlamp, a waterproof notebook, or meal bars. An interior mesh compartment holds a hydration reservoir with a protected mouth hose that conveniently connects over the shoulder through a small hole at the top of the pack. The built-in reservoir allows you to quickly and easily rehydrate when you’re on the move.

A fire shelter case is attached to the bottom of the pack via a MOLLE system. The fusee pouch located between the fire shelter and the main compartment can carry 4-5 fusees.

The pack’s custom-molded “Y” strap features a single connecting point for easy adjustment and a secure fit. The back panels feature ventilated channels that increase airflow and reduce heat stress.

NFPA 1977 certified, the True North Fastback Pack is ideal for engine crews.
