The dual-function SideSlide Light comes with an innovative Picatinny adaptor, which allows the light to be securely mounted on a shotgun, a rifle, or another long gun with a Picatinny rail. The flashlight can be removed from the adaptor and used on its own by depressing the adaptor’s release lever. Made of high quality 6061-T6 aluminum, the SideSlide is highly fire resistant (e.g., it can withstand temperatures of 500°F / 260°C for 30 minutes), impact resistant up to 6.6 ft. (2 m), and waterproof down to 3.3 ft. (1 m). The anti-roll head allows the light to stay put when set down on a flat surface. The light’s strike bezel is strong enough to shatter your car windshield and effective in self defense should you ever need to use it this way. This light can run on either 2 CR123 batteries or 1 rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery.
