Dane
Dane, it should be ready to be hung on the side of the truck when you get it, now a heads up on when it would be delivered to you; follow this very carefully, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE LADDER , TILL YOU HAVE CHECKED IT FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE! By this we mean you take any wrapping, cardboard, however it is wrapped OFF, run your hands down the sides of the outside rails, each and everyone of the RUNGS, you see or find any dings, scrape, anything that looks like it has been damaged refuse the delivery, if you sign and find some sort of damage goods after you have signed, you own it. There is nothing that you can do, the mfg. will refuse to take it back they don't care if your a VFD, or uncle Sam, it's yours. Shipping companies have been known to run over them, hit them with the fork lifts etc.
