Hi Randall, sorry these will not work with the high back pants. There are 6 or 7 different suspenders that Lion Apparel offer for high back pants, all with metal fasteners,(loop over buttons) they come in (red stretch) or black (non-stretch) in color; Red P/N SR836, SR840, SR845, & SR851,last 2 digits are sizes, 36",40",45", 51" Black P/N SB636, SB640, & SB645, no 51" in the black.
