Benchmade's Barrage Knife is a spring-assisted folding knife that combines speed and strength into one complete package.
Designed by Warren Osborne, Benchmade's Barrage Knife features a durable 154CM stainless steel blade, a Valox® handle, and a reversible bright split arrow pocket clip for easy carrying of and access to the knife while on the go.
The Barrage Knife marked the first time Benchmade's bestselling AXIS lock got its boost. It was the debut of the spring assisted models that combine speed and strength into one complete package. A patented Benchmade exclusive, AXIS® has been turning heads and winning fans ever since its introduction, and it remains the strongest assist locking mechanism on the market.

A 100-percent ambidextrous design, AXIS® gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar which rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the knife, spans the liners, and is positioned over the rear of the blade. It engages a ramped, tang portion of the knife blade when it is opened. Two omega style springs, one on each liner, give the locking bar its inertia to engage the knife tang. As a result, the tang is wedged solidly between a sizable stop pin and the AXIS® bar itself.
Durable, ambidextrous, and easy to use, Benchmade's Barrage Knife is a convenient tool to use in many cutting applications.
