It gives the option of 4, 8 or 15 units, yet the picture shows a 3 unit. Is it offered in 3, like the double sided unit?

They are offered anyway you want them, if you want a 1 unit they will do that. You choose the lenght that you have room for. everything is shipped UNASSEMBLED, you have to assemble once you receive it, you choose the size you want and they will box and ship to you. Easy to assemble, they are offered in 18" or 20" locker width's, there are directions on the web site so you can measure your room.
