All DUO-SAFETY Aluminum & Fiberglass ladders feature welded and expanded rungs. This two step process makes certain the rung joints are as strong as the ladder beams, and no looseness can develop.
 
DUO-SAFETY Aluminum Fire ladders feature 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, 1-1/4" corrugated rungs and welded rung joints.
 
DUO-SAFETY extension and roof ladder models are all rated for 750 lb. load with a 4:1 safety factor.
 
All DUO-SAFETY Ladders meet/or exceed all applicable standards as established by the National Fire Protection Association for Fire Service Ground Ladders at time of manufacture.

Please Note: Special Handling fees apply to ladder shipments. In addition to the normal shipping rates based on the retail price of the ladder, a special handling fee will also be added to your order. Due to the dimensional size of ladders, they must ship to you via a common LTL freight carrier/truck and this is the reason for additional handling fees.

When your ladder arrives, please remove packaging and inspect very carefully to ensure you are receiving the correct item and that it is not damaged before you sign for the release. If you notice damage, do not accept the ladder and refuse delivery. Once you sign for the ladder you are verifying that you have received the correct item in good condition.
