Standing 4’7” when retracted and featuring a large aluminum carrying handle, the Overhaul Ladder is compact enough to carry into an elevator, up a flight of stairs, or around tight corners. When deployed, the ladder extends to 17’ in height. Dual Ratchet Levelers can be easily adjusted to provide an even, level setup over an uneven surface or debris. Non-slip rubber feet provide stability on wet and slippery surfaces, while flip-down spike feet enhance stability on grass, carpet, and soft surfaces. Folding roof and rafter hooks can hook the ladder to a rafter or truss to prevent it from slipping out underneath a firefighter. Hi-viz reflective labels and Safety Insight™ photo-luminescent strips help illuminate rung locations in low-light conditions. The LG-15197 model has special heat-sensing labels that alert firefighters when the ladder has been exposed to too damaging temperatures and should be taken out of service. NFPA compliant, the Little Giant Overhaul Ladder can be adjusted to effectively meet a firefighter’s climbing needs during any operation.
