Amanda is an active volunteer firefighter/EMT who started at WPSG in 2014 as a showroom associate. Amanda’s passion for first responders and product knowledge positioned her for quick growth within the company, and now proudly leads a team of 5 merchandisers as Merchandising Manager.

Jay has been a Firefigher/EMT for 32 years and has worked at Witmer Public Safety Group for the past 16 years. Jay is proud to represent Witmer as a dedicated Public Safety Equipment Specialist and Salesperson. He enjoys the fact that the products we sell truly make a difference in the world.

Kim came to Witmer in 2008 with over 20 years of customer service experience. As the Call Center Manager, she enjoys helping people on the front lines every day by finding beneficial solutions, so our customers can continue to serve their communities.

Wanda came to Witmer through a temp agency in 2014 and started as a picker. Wanda’s strong work ethic and positive attitude have helped her excel in every position she’s held. Today she serves as the shipping department’s Team Lead.

Kevin has been working at Witmer since 2015 as a Service Tech. He enjoys having the opportunity to travel to different places and meet a variety of people.

CLIENT CARE / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our Custom Care team plays a vital role in serving our loyal customers and setting a reputation of excellence. As the face of the company, it is imperative that they make a good impression with our customers by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting our customers with purchases, questions, and returns.
The Procurement team establishes and fosters relationships with vendors and distributors to ensure optimal performance of our supply chain. This department ensures that purchased goods are cost-efficient, of high quality, and are delivered in a timely fashion.
Information Technology is the backbone of any successful and growing company. Our IT professionals and infrastructure ensure that the services and products we provide to first responders are available, accessible and reliable.
Our warehouse team is responsible for making sure the right products get to the right customers at the right time. From receiving, to picking, to shipping, when we work together, we are satisfied knowing we make a real impact in the lives of first responders.
Our Accounting/Finance team analyzes data, manages the finances, and balances the books, so that we can make sound business decisions to ensure successful growth of the company. Included in this area are Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
The Merchandising team is responsible for researching, evaluating and selecting products that meet the high standards of our customers. Utilizing their hands-on experience, members of the merchandising team ensure that all selling channels offer comprehensive lines for our First Responders.
